The amount of support or advice we give, depends entirely upon you, the client. We can offer as much or as little as you desire. If you decide to visit the region to view any of our properties we can book accommodation for you and give advice on the local area and it's services such as transport and car hire. We ensure that while you are here you are looked after, which given the hospitality of the region, makes our job pretty easy.

We can also offer practical advice regarding the transfer of funds or arranging for the utilities to be changed into the name of the new owner. In fact, tell us your requirements and we will do our best to fulfil them.

Casa Emilia works with developers and Canarian Estate Agents to find suitable properties for you. For our efforts in finding the right property for you, helping you through the sales process and assisting you to establish your home in Tenerife. The additional costs of purchasing are property are registration fees and taxes and notary fees, all of which total about 8% of the declared value of the property. We obtain a commission from the property companies in Tenerife so there are no Agent charges to you.
